This duality consists of wanting to be healthy while continuing to live the self-destructive lifestyle (smoking, drinking, eating for entertainment, etc.) we call normal and “living well!”

If you live with an “I’m fine” mentality, you are not living the way we are intended to live!
To have an Amazing Life, you need to feel Amazing and experience life in an Amazing way. To do that, we need to be at the optimal level of health!

The body is a machine that adapts nonstop to whatever we do to it and put in it.
This fact makes us all “Bodybuilders.”

Is the most effective and enjoyable way to change, transform, and control your health regardless of age or goal!

The “key” is using the components together “CORRECTLY!”
Not knowing the components and how to use them makes becoming healthy and transforming your body difficult, if not impossible!

As a society, we have accepted that getting in shape, looking good, and being healthy are hard, painful, and filled with sacrifice.

“THIS IS JUST NOT TRUE!”

As an example, dialing a phone number takes effort but does not require willpower, sacrifice, or pain.
You just dial the “Correct Numbers” and make the connection.

However….if you don’t have the “Correct Numbers,” you can dial all day long, putting a lot of effort and hard work into it, getting no results and feeling that “This was way too hard!”

 

I’ve written two books dedicated to giving you the most direct route to having total control over your health. More importantly, they will show you how to use the four key areas of health.

These are – Frame of Mind, Balanced Nutrition, Correct Exercise, and Balancing your Hormone Levels.
Not using these four “TOGETHER” is why you fail and your results are so hard to achieve.
